By accessing or using ProspectsLeads (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1. Account & Eligibility:
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. Accounts are non-transferable.
2. Services Provided:
We offer SaaS tools for marketing automation, CRM, and lead management as described on our site. Features may evolve.
3. Payments & Billing:
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges. No refunds post-trial except as required by law.
4. User Responsibilities:
- Use the Service legally and ethically (no spam, illegal content, or violations of third-party rights).
- Comply with anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- You’re responsible for your data and backups.
5. Intellectual Property:
We own the Service. You grant us a license to your content for operation.
6. Limitations of Liability:
Service is “as is.” We’re not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is one month’s fees.
7. Termination:
We may suspend for violations. You can cancel anytime.
8. Governing Law:
Terms governed by California law. Disputes resolved via arbitration.
9. Changes:
We may update Terms—continued use implies acceptance.
